1. Program description

Lawn Bridge sends SMS text messages on behalf of the lawn care businesses that use our platform. When you provide your mobile number to a Lawn Bridge business — whether by requesting a quote, booking service, or becoming a client — you may receive text messages related to your service.

2. Types of messages you may receive

Booking and quote confirmations
Appointment reminders and crew arrival notices
Notices that a quote or invoice is ready to view
Schedule changes, weather delays, and service updates
Replies to questions you send to your provider

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will typically receive messages around scheduled visits, quotes, and invoices — generally a few messages per service cycle. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Lawn Bridge does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. To resume messages, reply START.

7. Consent

By providing your mobile number to a Lawn Bridge business, you consent to receive the SMS messages described above. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information collected for SMS will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the service-related messages described in this policy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
